We recommend customers have a regular maintenance visit from one of our qualified engineers as every alarm system needs to be maintained regularly to ensure it is operating effectively. We make it our business to ensure your security systems work first time every time.

This is particularly important with wireless systems as the detection devices are battery operated and need testing and replacement. It’s also vital to keep your security system in good working order to reduce false alarms.

If you have an existing security system that is not currently being maintained(even on systems we have not installed) or feel you would like better service or your maintenance contract is up for renewal, give us a call to discuss your requirements.

However, if you don’t want to commit to a maintenance contract for your intruder alarm, you can request an engineer visit for a one-off call-out fee to carry out a system service.

€95 – Residential Alarm, €130 – Commercial Alarm (Parts are extra if required)

The annual preventative maintenance visit is carried out in accordance with European Standards EN50131 and includes the following 10-point service check:

  • Check control unit for correct operation.

  • Check system is fully operational.
